Ricky Bullard was born December 31, 1968 to the proud parents of Carolyn Jones and Nelson Bullard. His education began at Phyllis Wheatly Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle, Madison Middle and ended at Miami Central Senior High. He went on to study at Miami Dade Community College for a Law Enforcement Training which led him to his career at F.D.C. until his home coming. In 1985 he met his then good friend, Venita Grace of many years and in 2002 they became more than friends and married in 2010.
